Considering you're still growing, eating well will play a element in your growth spurts. Keep up a healthy diet. That's really all you can do.
Don't verbs about your height, you're 13 so it's fine. Most girls experience a growth spurt at 15-16 and again at 18-19. Eat a balanced diet, bring sufficient sleep, drink plenty of water and get moderate exercise by playing sport with friends or walking. Avoid caffine, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol and don't bear drugs.
If you're worried about your height you could talk to your parents. In faddy ask your mum or grandma about when she had her growth spurts. Other people's parents/trusted adults are also good general public to ask if you're not comfortable talking to your parents.
If it's any help, my sister is 5'10'' and has simply turned 13 and gets teased mercilessly for being a 'giraffe' or is call "Ana" for Anorexia while people throw food at her. She hates it. Be confident for being only the way you are. You haven't finished growing yet so don't stress.
I am 5'5" and 22 years old. My dad is about the same largeness as yours and my mom shorter than me. Chill out. You still have a lot of years to grow grow grow. Drink lots of milk, take your vitamins, and you should be high-ceilinged and super healthy by the time you've reached the end of your growth spurt. Enjoy your teen years :o)
I'm 16 and only 5'1, and I love it. Short people get to wear adjectives the cute heels, and guys prefer girls who are shorter. They like to be taller. And dating guys who are shorter than you isn't fun.
