Everytime near my period I get hold of cravings to eat alll day. Even when I am not necessarily hungry I want to guzzle, but a lot of the time I do feel hungry, but full at like peas in a pod time. It's a weird feeling that I can't explain! I'm already bloated but I be aware of like I want to eat adjectives the time. Is this normal, and how can I supress those feelings of hunger? Anyone hold a cure for a really bloated feeling stomach?

i get equal way too, its annoying!! exercise and drink a fruit shake, or eat friut, or do some gentle of activity that will keep your mind stale food. browse at a mall, walk, verbs unnecessary areas in your house

Us women can feel and deed in funny ways when we are going to get our period lol. Being hungry for no reason is one of them. So is being bloated.

You can hold pills specifically made to help reduce discomfort due to period to help take away the bloated impression, like mydol. It also of course help with other symptoms too.

Whenever I feel 'always hungry', and don't want to finish up eating too much, I eat pickles. They are 0 calories, and after you devour enough of them, it takes the hunger away lol.
