Why can't I stop ingestion?

I'm a girl, 20 years old, about 5 foot 2 inches, and about 135-140lbs give or pocket a given day. I work out, and have a majority sleep schedule. I eat a ordinary breakfast-lunch-dinner on a scheduled time. I get massively hungry often after my meals, close to a starving feeling - where on earth I want to eat eat guzzle everything in sight.

I want to say-so its because it's almost-period-time, but I don't know what to do to stop this. Is this normal at all or should I drink something else to keep me fuller, longer?

Thats quite a bit... Hmmm... Yes it is not easy to stop eating when hungry, its just an instinct!
The follwowing food be paid u full-
Soup (celery soup, pumpkin soup)
Alfalfa (believe it or not!) Its good with shredded bits of cheese.
Oats. Just plain crunchy oats
Yoghurt
Apples
Teas! Green, ginger, jasmine...
Go for a 20 minute hoof it. Maybe your hu8nger will subside.

Try having protein with every spread. If you still feel hungry and is concerned about your form, try controlling your calories. There is nothing unhealthy if you are drinking fruits and veggies in between meals.

I used to enjoy the same problem- snacking in between meal. I'm not a big fan of meat, so my mom started feeding me 2 eggs every other daytime. It not only gave me more animation, it also kept me full til the next meal.

Just chew on ice. That makes us not so hungry anymore. And you want to give you self 20 minutes after eating, because it take 20 minutes for your brain to figgure out your full. Don't keep eating. And get through slow.

First of all see if you can go see a dietion.
Second of adjectives all that is a pretty mixed lot. Try sitting down do not rush help yourself to your time eating, and relax. Have a strong coffee or tea with suppertime. Eat bread not muffins have some cheese, some meat, cook it your self if you can. Look into zinc, and other mineral supplements. Check sugar levels after meal and before, see what it does to you. Stay away from sugars and salts if you can. Read adjectives those labels including the sauces. Try to match your bodies digestion to the stir you do.
