Answers: I really enjoy both at different times of the day :).
one-sidedly physical exercise :) meditation is good every now and consequently though, i'm more antsy though and dont have a lot of moderation to do meditation... lol i think i have a slight luggage of a.d.d well... i do enjoy both. physical exercise is profusely of fun i wish i were doin it in a minute. it just feels appropriate. but meditation is sooo relaxing. it rlly keeps my mind off allof my existence problems.it rlly clears my head. idk...thats a tough one..
I would have to vote physical exercise becuase it can be relaxing, plus your helping yourself get in shape. Meditaion feel boring to me. physical exercise..for some reason, i like running, odd, i know.
