I am 21 and I have never had sex in the past. I went to the doc today and they scheduled for my first pap question paper. Some people I have talk to say it hurts others say it doesn't. Is here anything I can do before hand to product sure that it does not hurt as much? Any and all ideas are functional thanks

Answers:    It's more of a feeling of discomfort fairly than pain. I would suggest taking an Ibuprofen an hour or so before your appointment simply to be safe. The more relaxed you are (I know, not the easiest situation to relax in) the easier the experience will be. After the visit I usually hold a dull sort of pain, similar to mild cramps and it fades efficiently. Its nothing to be too worried about.
