There are a number of symptoms that have be associated with PMS (Pre-Menstrual Syndrome). Common symptoms can be grouped into emotional, behavioural and physical category.
Emotional and behavioural symptoms can include anxiety, mood swings, tiredness, poor concentration, irritability, aggression, depression and clumsiness.
Physical symptoms can include headaches, feeling bloated, shipment gain, breast tenderness and back or lower abdominal discomfort.
These symptoms are common and are not unique to PMS. So it's the timing of the symptoms that are the telltale signs of PMS.
With PMS, the symptoms will appear during the two weeks governing up to a girl's menstrual period, will usually get better once her term has started and sometimes come back respectively month.
A small number of women with PMS may be diagnosed with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). This is a more severe form of the syndrome characterised by mood swings, depression, anxiety and irritability that interferes substantially beside everyday life.

Oh lordy. I am sure you know but anyways. It's usually comes right before a womans extent and it's an influx of hormones and can cause irritability, tenderness (need I say aloud more) bloating, all kinds of horrible things that bring in men suffer. I usually get a headache and get irritable two or three days earlier my period. I notice myself snapping and human being mean but it's like I can't control it. Pre-menstrual Syndrome.
