What is a out of danger and cheap sleeping pill that someone could find contained by a store?

Summertime has gottin the best of me, because now I own the worst sleeping pattern and doesn't get tired til almost 4 in the morning. I start classes monday morning so i believe i need to convert this and i thought maybe sleeping pills could help.. I hold taking them before but it has be over years.

Answers:    Melatonin!

Works great... sleep like a log... non habit forming, and is in actual fact a diet pill, so it's usually OTC (doesn't work for dieting, but is amazing for sleeping)

Best place to look is grocery stores, walmart, kmart, and anywhere with a pharmacy in-store. It comes in a million different generic forms, so you can capture a bottle of 120 pills for pretty cheap!

Be careful with sleeping tablets tho... i mean, non-habit forming doesn't mean it's strong... but if you're in desperate need of sleep and it's effecting your conservatory or work life, then this is what i've used since college..
It's not really a sleeping pill, freshly an aid, but you could try Melatonin.
It's a natural chemical in your brain that affects your sleeping pattern and reacts to light and your recent hum.
Melatonin is not addictive, and you take it about a partially hour before falling asleep.
It works well for the average party, but if you have serious insomnia or any other sleeping disorder, you should talk to your doctor.
You can find melatonin virtually at any drug store, and most grocery stores.

Good Luck!.
Ugh, the sleeping pills you find contained by the store work for some people just great. For me, they kept me up adjectives night, feeling anxious and shaky. IT SUCKED! It does that beside quite a few people.

Melatonin works great though. Get a bottle of it, 3mg will knock you right out, help yourself to it about a half hour until that time you want to be asleep (leave at least 8 hours for sleep or you will be GROGGY!). Melatonin will also help reset your sleep cycle, which sleeping pills will not do, and it is completely non-addictive..
Just buy Benadryl. The antihistamine it contains is alike ingredient over the counter sleeping pills contain, and it's usually cheaper. You can even get the Walgreen or Target brand (or the brand whatever store you're surrounded by carries) that says, "Compare to Benadryl" for even more savings. I recommend buying sleepytime teas that relax you and give support to you sleep. Pills are just not good if you ask me. Plus sleeping pills trademark you oversleep and you just feel tired when you acquire up even if you have slept for like 12 hours. I recommend Sleepytime Tea By Celestial Seasonings, it have Valerian and Chammomile to help you relax, plus tea is loaded wiith antioxidants !.
Hi i used to have duplicate problem I went to Whole Foods and got a sleeping pill call Calms Forte it is 100% natural, No side effects, stress relief and non way forming.

heres the website http://www.calmsforte.com/

its says on the website that "look for Calms Forté at your local natural foods store, CVS drug store, Longs Drug, Rite Aid, Sav-on, Osco, Walgreens, or Wal-Mart surrounded by your neighborhood."

Hope i helped!.
First of all not a soul knows the condition of your health or your allergies if you hold any.
You are taking a chance asking for that kind of guidance in a Yahoo room. Your safest way is to ask your Dr. or the pharmacist what over the counter sleep aid you can pocket. Over the years your body changes so be careful what you pocket. I would try and take a sleepy tea before that really works. If not try an adjectives natural product. Sometimes sleeping pills give you severely vivid dreams, and that's not great. So maybe get surrounded by to a yoga class, helps you relax and put your mind at peace. If not do the old trend remedy and wake up at 5 am three nights earlier schoool, and STAY awake all day!! So you dance to bed early, that way you don't own to use any pills. Goodluck!.

rite aid brand have a really nice one. Take it two hours before you want to fall asleep. I thieve mine around 7pm and at 9 i'm usually out. Avoid any caffeine after 6pm. Try very hard to parameter the amount of alcohol you consume and please don't drive! sleeping pills are HIGHLY addictive. try to find one like tylenol pm for once-in-awhile use. but another one you could try is lunesta..
Drugs are unnecessary. You will adjust without taking drugs. Set an alarm clock and catch up when it rings. The rest of your schedule will adjust. Drugs are bad. Try melatonin. It's a rather gentle herbal supplement. I use it on long-haul flights and it always does the trick! It help your body reset its natural clock so it would be good for your problem.
