It depends on if there was blood in the urine, or bacteria from a urinary tract infection/sexually transmitted disease. Probably nothing will happen thanks to our saliva and gastric juices which kill a lot of potential pathogens I realy have no clue. if you find out the real truth... IM me.

If she's healthy, nothing. Urine is actually sterile. Now, having said that, bacteria and such things can be found in urine occasionally. uhm,why would you even think of drinking womens pee?
but you will probably get sick..maybe even really sick depending on whats in the pee and if that women has any thing..
it will cause not harmm,,,, heaps of people do that if they get lost in the bush ,,, they drinking there only pee for surival you could get a disease from the bacteria in her pee.
