What do you do when your time of year don't dance away?

I've had my period for over two weeks and it hasn't gone away nonetheless and since last week my left side have been bothering me and its not cramps. I thought by now it would own lightened up but it hasn't and I'm starting to lose weight, I lost 5 pounds contained by this week alone and I'm not sure what's going on. Should I wait it out longer to see if it'll go away or should I see a doctor?

Answers:    Prolonged period may land you in severe anemia next to all its health hezards.
Hence you may consult your gynaecologist quickly for necessary advice please. .
Go to the doctor. You could hold a cyst in your ovary or something, and it's better to get it checked out immediately than suffer the pain that causes. It can be impossible. How old are you? It usually takes a few years for your cycle to adjust and become consistent. I used to bleed for weeks as a teen, and next I would skip a few months. Now that I'm 22 I am finally regular. .
Two weeks is too long. How old are you? Could you have be pregnant? Losing weight, 2 weeks period, and headache, you really should see your doctor. Good luck Bleeding for more than a week is not normal, I would definitely see a doctor, this is your strength you are talking about. Good luck..
