Answers: Just eat smaller increments more frequently. If you're not hungry, don't eat. If you're hungry, devour. Don't worry about it too much, simply listen to your body and don't obsess about your diet, it's much too soon for that type of piece. And please, don't be so worried about your weight, you are a faultlessly healthy weight. All of those "average" weights are purely a bunch of doctor's estimates. They don't necessarily apply to each and every individual. BTW, your ideal shipment should be based on your height, not simply your age..
If you want to lose weight, try eating 6-8 small meal throughout the day, this keeps your metabolism going adjectives the time. Of course, you need to start with consumption something withing 2 hours of getting up. I eat 1/3 cup fat & sugar free vanilla yogurt w/ 1/2 cup of fruit surrounded by it & sprinkle some whole grain cereal on top. Then enjoy something else about 3-4 hrs. later conceivably a slice of whole wheat toast w/ a little peanut butter. Then enjoy something light about 3-4 hrs., conceivably your small sandwich & save the melon for a few hours laterl Then have a pale supper & a snack a few hours later maybe an hour past bed. Then with the exercising don't over do it, its okay to be sore but not to hurt the next daylight. My trainer is making me take a day between cargo training but walking or swimming is okay everyday. Remember you will probably aren't finished growng yet, so don't worry too much roughly speaking losing weight. If you eat right & exercise other you will grow into a beautiful young woman
