What cause a woman to hold TWO indigestible period per month?
I suggested maybe its ovarian cysts, or possibly perimenopause... Would someone who know about this or possibly somone with experiance next to similar symptoms, please share your thoughts... Thank you!
Answers: Periods that are too frequent (more often than every 28 days also called "metrorrhagia") can be related to several predisposing factor:
If the periods are otherwise normal, next a short "luteal phase" or insufficient ovarian production of progesterone may be responsible. If the periods are inconsistent, then disaster to ovulate and the resulting anovulatory bleeding may be responsible. If the periods are actually conventional and once a month, but there are episodes of bleeding in between the period, then mechanical factor such as fibroids or polyps may be responsible. Women with hyperthyroidism are classically described as experiencing frequent, heavy period. They, in reality, seldom show that pattern, but we usually screen these patients for thyroid disease anyway.
Early stages of pregnancy might be a possible motive as well, but it could happen if you metamorphose your eating habits, are stressed, enjoy a lot on your mind, etc. Our emotions and hormones collide abundantly.
I've experienced frequent periods too in days gone by that was caused by ovarian cysts.
There could be other cause for the frequent periods your Mom is experiencing, however I would recommend she sees her doctor/gyno for further evaluation to see what they have an idea that could be causing this.
Good luck :).
I would say it's not premenopause. I've found multiple sites that read aloud it could be an inflamation or cancer and fibrosis. My mom had excessive clots and she was getting low within iron. It can be dangerous to not treat something like this. I know my mom concluded up having to have a hysterectomy. I hope you do convince her as it's central to get checked.
Monica.
I would say that it is pre-menopause.
My mom have the same thing take place to her, and sometimes before menopause women's periods receive all messed up. But if it continues for much longer make sure she go to see a doctor. Because it could be something else. menopause probably..
maybe shes gong through menapause.
shes right around that age.
