If you want to gain weight, you have to take heed that you're still eating healthy-- you don't want to sacrifice your body's health!

First you agree on or consult how much weight u want to gain. According to that only you plan your diet. Create a diet chart. For achievement weight you need to put away things which contain more Fats and Protines.
Eat Potatos more and yes 2 to 3 Bananas daily.
PopCorn and chocklates may help you getting hold of more weight...
Drink milk, eat slippery stuff and milk products like cheese, paneer etc.
Add adequate sugar surrounded by your diet.
