i have got really tender breasts that hold been tender for ages and it has get to the point that i can't lean over my bed or anything to get something cuz it hurts. does anyone know wat i can do to make it hurt smaller quantity? oh and i am 11 years old.

The other origin is that you are getting ready to start your period. I know it is self-conscious but it is part of becoming a woman. It will get better I promise you. .

any your boobs or growing, your about to start your period, or both. I would try wearing a sports bra...it will hold them from moving so much and causing you discomfort. other than that idk Take Vitamin E and Bcomplex vitamins..
