Answers: Severe period pains should always be investigated to check for a treatable raison d`??tre. As a rough guide, if you've had severe period throbbing (known as dysmenorrhoea) since around the time your periods first started, it's less plausible a particular cause will be found.
There are exceptions to this. Conditions such as endometriosis can sometimes inflict severe pain from an early age (although the misery typically gets worse as the disease does more damage beside each monthly cycle). Other causes include fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease and sometimes a narrowing of the cervix. Bear within mind, though, that period pains are rarely a sign of disease, especially surrounded by younger women.
If the pain interferes with your natural life, preventing you from working, going to school or coping with day by day tasks, I would recommend you consult with a doctor/gynaecologist for further evaluation.

hmm i get fruitless pains but i do not vomit so maybe mines not as severe as yours but i take two paracetamol and wear a bake pad which sticks on the front of my underwear.
its very potent as the heat sooths the pain :)

Have you ever tried eating banannas it works well next to any cramping it has alot of potassium and helps ur blood and cramps facility up a little Take warm baths, try a heat pad and just place it on ur stomach while your watching tv. Also guzzle bananas I heard those help alot you might also wanna try Midol, or other cramp pills. .
Try putting a hot wet bottle on the pain and also massage it aswell.
