Answers: Take an aspirine, increases the amount somewhat but definitely decrease pain, take a thaw bath, drink warm-hot herbal teas, always put on socks to maintain your feet warm, confer with friends on the phone or walk outside windowshopping as you do, and you'll forget roughly the pain..
One simple and cheap way to relief with cramps (it's also the quickest, and the most convenient and natural) is having an orgasm by masturbating. It doesn't work for *all* women, but it does abet many... and for some, it can get rid of cramps entirely for a while.

"... an orgasm can effect your uterus to contract, enabling it to use up excess prostaglandins in the process. Prostagladins are hormones produced by your uterine inside layer. They help to stimulate contractions that move menstrual blood out of the uterus, and are also responsible for those cramps that occur throughout your extent.".
When I have my period I find that going for walk helps a lot. You can confidently walk faster or slower depending on how bad the cramps are, and it's nice to grasp outside and breathe fresh air, especially when you are feeling caring of blue that you aren't feeling well! i dont know just about exercising to get them to go away,
but when i return with cramps, i lay down in bed an take some pepto bismol..
it will product them go away, or, well.. for me it does.
but if that doesn't work, try lay down and going to sleep..
when you wake up, they should be gone..
Try sit ups and crunchies anything that works your abs. Also try a hot water bottle or cloth soaked contained by hot hot water. also a heating wad. One advil works too. crunches or sit ups sometimes works, but don't overexert yourself while your on your period. also try taking a hot bath and after use hot water bottle/heating pad. hope this help :).
laying down helps, that's what my friends enunciate
