Answers:    Do not eat after 6 or 7 o'clock in the evening. This alone will sustain weight loss. Exercise and eat right, it sounds cliche' but really exercise and accurate eating habits will work better than any spoofy diet or pill.

Well don't jump on a stupid crash diet no matter what anyone tells you!! Also by stopping intake it increases you re weight. It is better not to eat after 7 enjoy a big dinner to keep you going, if you feel hungry own a bit to eat and don't starve your self or you could end up within hospital, also if you normally eat breakfast afterwards you are less likely to be overweight. Be mean and also you might want to check out a couple of websites or ask your mum because mums know best and if you are in your teens then be paid sure your mum agrees. If you want to eat your dinner after 7 or your mum doesn't agree then start to work out . Start sour with just 10-15 minutes next increase it could be anything like walking twice or 3 times a day, jog , skipping or even going on a trampoline then slowly increase your time for exercising and you will be down a couple of stones in a week or two this is the best means of access to loose wieght !
