Vagina a bit itchy and swollen?
Answers: Sounds like you might have a yeast infection. If your vagina is itchy and swollen thats usually a report to tale sign other than curtled or discoloured discharge. Also, if you have pain or unusual tightness during intercourse, more than likely you do own a yeast infection.
Go to your doctor. They will be able to take a swab or even newly tell by look whether or not it is.
If you do they will more likely prescribe or share you to go get something similar to Canestin, Monostat, Vagisil or other creams for yeast infection.
I will let you know that although they're uncomfortable, the suppositories work the best but fashion sure you wear a pad at all times (the cream from the suppository tend to flush out infection). The creams I find are a little more messy. But you might want both a suppository that will coat the wall of the vagina as it dissolves and flushes out the infection and a topical cream for the itching.

it could be a yeast infection, that would explain why scratching it feels devout. They are nothing to really worry something like, but you should see a doctor to get some meds
edit: That could be it, if you see little hair coming in then thats probably it, but i dont know though..its strong to say from our perspective. if you have a doubt that its a yeast infection, next i would suggest going to the doctor
