Ugh girls interview?? WEll no not really everyone ??


I hate when I'm on pms I eat chocolate resembling crazy, And go crazy on sugar and gummie bears lol! What can i do to gert rid of this stupid urge that around not even pms i luv sugar. And i dont want to become a diabetic. Its so difficult and i want to lose freight. IDK wat my problem is but im good without candy until pms and consequently im just sugar crazy all month long!! Does running capture rid of the sugar in u?? I do 2 miles a day

Answers:    what you can do is get through a little bit of whatever it is that you want, next brush your teeth afterwords to get rid of the taste so you dont want more.

Usually you become diabetic when you are tremendously obese and/or if it runs in your family. I would suggest instead of turning to sugar( cast-offs food) eat a apple or an orange that should support you and drink some water so you will feel delighted. I do that when I get cravings like crazy too.Eat something i.e. naturally sweet and don't eat unwanted items foods.Eat a well balanced diet and exercise and drink lots of dampen. I eat fried chicken, so you're kind of lucky it's lone chocolate and candy. Think of the consequences that'll happen if you eat too much candy, I dream up of how I'll get even fatter if I eat an entire bucket of KFC's spicy chicken..
you can try replacing it near some thing sweet such as fruits

apples, water melons.

they hold tons of sugar, but not as fat as candy in considerable amount

mangos
watermelon
apples
grapes
carrots
pears
oranges
cantaloupe
etc..
exercising burns calories... it doesnt really get rid of the sugar within you. um i dont no if it does or not but same here just drink a lot of dampen to level it out.
