so I took out the jewelry about 3 weeks ago and i'm still having equal discomfort...Is this due to nerve damage? Can it be corrected? Please dont resign from any rude or negative comments.

You don't vote what type of genital piercing you got. That would have alot to do beside it.
It's very likely that the piercer wasn't correct and screwed something up. Genital piercings are highly advanced.
I wouldn't even hazard a guess as to what's wrong. 3 weeks is not unusual for discomfort on some genital piercings.

I suggest you go to a doctor and get yourself checked out.
