I currently have been using super absorbant playtex but it doesnt involve too well, i'm changing resembling every 30-60 minutes.

the tampax sport one.. or something like thatHave you tried the instead cup? That holds deeply more than a super tampon. I just got these and used them the second couple of days. It is awkward at first, but they are awesome! You can't feel it, there have been no reported toxic shock syndrome with them, and they are approved to be worn for up to 12 hours. Anyway, I hear about them here on womenanswers.org, and I thought I'd suggest it!
