It is probably not directly related to the tampons although they can trade name cramps worse. I'm not sure why this happens, but it does for some women. It is pretty common to bring back back pain beside your periods as well. Maybe try putting contained by a new one to make sure it isn't a problem of it not mortal at the right angle. The vagina does not go straight up which is important to know when using a tampon. You want to aim towards the small of your back. I hope you feel better soon.
