Stunted Growth?

Hi. I think I'm not growing anymore because I think I stunted my growth by adjectives myself (malnutrition) for like 5-8 months? It's because of my grandmother's death :( . I'm 14 and I'm with the sole purpose 4'10 . It's not like I had anorexia or something . It's merely partially . But after those past months , I start drinking healthy again . Plus , I'm going into puberty well . So I will eventually carry a growth spurt (3-5 inches)? When I start eating healthy , will my growth start emergence develop normally? Um I was 12 when I started adjectives x.x

You could of stunted your growth, I understand you were going through a really awful time and couldn't abet it but 12 wasn't a good time to starve yourself, most girls start puberty around the age of 12 and it is vital your body get all the vitamins and nutrients it needs, see your doctor, newly in case.

On the other foot you could just be a late developer or a intrinsically petite women (there's nothing wrong with that :-), ask a mum or an elder sister when they went through puberty this should be a good indication to when you will.

hey.most of us preserve growing a few inches after we start puberty. a short phase of eating poorly might cause your body to stop growing temporarily, but if you hold on to eating healthy you'll promising catch up.

i'm concerned that you starved yourself after your grandma died. if you can't talk to your parents roughly this, is there anyone else (pref. adult) you can talk to? i be really, really close to my grandma growing up too. she died when i was 15 and it was deeply hard.

all i can read out is that your only 14 and we usualy dont stop growin untill we are 21 so just dont verbs about it i know a lot of girls who are even smaller than you are and it doesnt suggest they will stay like that just pocket it easy and remember your only 14:)

Most girls stop growing at the age of 14-16. So if you do grow it will probly only be 2-3 inches. But you may be done growing (height). I stopped when I be 13.
