Should I use the afternoon after pill?

I'm freaking out, sorry if this is TMI. I've been on the pill for a few years, just putting this out in that. My boyfriend doesn't have pre-c um. I've noticed this every time we do something but we a moment ago started having sex. Last saturday was my ending active pill, we started to have sex but stopped, not a soul finished. I started my active pills sunday and we had sex saturday dark and tuesday night, he pulled out. It's been two years since I've have sex and I'm really nervous. I called a pharmacy and be told I should be ok. Should I take the day after pill anyway?
Not to metion I have laproscopy for endo a month ago and have had a UTI, so things are getting rear to normal feeling presently. With my UTI I had pressure/bloating and urges to go. My UTI is gone but I discern bloated/pressure. Plus I just started a new pill near pogesterone in it so my boobs are a little tender. I'm really freaking out and want to know if I should really be worried or if I'm over react? Should I take the day after pill? What are the likelihood I could get pregnant?
