ever since yesterday i've been feeling strain in my lower left belly and this morning i woke up and when i went to the bathroom i felt resembling my stomach was about to drop out. similar to it was pulling it. i missed my period second month too. is this normal or something serious? im really worried right now.

It sounds close to you may have a cyst, but it may be a number of things Go to the doctors and take professional help. I had similar pains several times within my life, once it was an ovarian cyst and another time it be my appendix (but that pain was on the lower right side). Both cases needed medical attention. If you missed your extent than can it be possible that you are pregnant? Whatever it is, I would go visit a doctor if it get worse or just to be on the safe side
