Rinse well in *COLD* hose down, wring out and dab with some hydrogen peroxide if you own some... then wash within cold water and detergent.

Hot water will set the stain pretty much forever, so don't use any..

It's immaculately normal. It sucks, but it's normal. Just rinse it out beside cold water and then throw it contained by the washer. Good luck. IT NORMAL
