Recurring Painful Yeast Infection? Help?
Answers: Hiya. Well some key causes of yeast infections include; taking antibiotics(as they destroy other types of germs in the gut and vagina, they can destroy angelic bacteria which help allege a healthy vagina), using feminine soaps or other types of soaps to clean the vaginal nouns (as they can upset the ph balance in the vagina), wearing tight clothing too recurrently, douching the vagina can aggitate the conditions in the vagina too. I myself got 3 infections finishing year from taking antibiotics it was not pleasant, so my doc told me that eating natural/live yogurt could backing counter the effects of the antibiotics. Which did help a lot. Other things that can aid include; avoiding hot baths, instead take a warm tub with a little rock brackish or sea salt, which is massively soothing. Pessaries and creams, and also the oral pills are probably the most effective treatments but if the infections are recurring I would not suggest taking or using these products too commonly as it could promote resistant strains of thrush and other yeast infections. When on a course of treatment for thrush and afterwards avoid over cleaning the vagina, wearing tight clothing which provide warm conditions for yeast to grow, also avoid douching and feminine soaps. I think that drinking natural/live yogurt does help, as the friendly bacteria contained by these products have quite a significant impact on the gut and vagina. It is also worth avoiving sugary foods and foods that own quite high yeast content.
For more information , enjoy a chat with your doctor and they will suggest what is best for you, hope that helped though. Take meticulousness.
