After I have my baby I intend to do intense exercise to loose the extra pounds. Considering I will be working out thorny, the next day I will be especially sore. I was wondering if i were to pocket recovery tablets (protein tablets) to ease some of the subsequent day pain... Will it be past the worst for the baby?
I will be seeing my mid wife in a months time but I be curious to know if anyone has done this? (it doesn't say anything more or less it on the bottle) Thanks.
