PMS woes......

I've done a few google searches on the topic, and can't find too much info on this, other than citizens trying to sell you products.

My PMS symptoms are so bad currently, constipation, bloating, rapid weight gain (thought I still exercise and examine what I eat), maddening sugar cravings, and I get so depressed I get the impression like throwing myself off a bridge.

How do you oversee your symptoms, and are there any tried and true remedies that really work?

Answers:    It doesn't sound approaching you have PMS. It sounds like you hold PM DD. This is a serious problem for a lot of women and especially with the stormy feelings you're experiencing (of throwing yourself off a bridge) it's not conventional.

You should consult your doctor about Ya or another form of that brand because it's the only one they marketplace as being able to treat PM DD.

For sure, it's not commonplace. When I have bad symptoms I appropriate Motrin IB, it's great. I play video games and take naps and drink profusely of water. I try to take baths, but they usually gross me out so sometimes I cart showers. But definitely, the Motrin IB is AMAZING..
i usually get really impossible migraines and cramps in my abdomen. i freshly take a really strong aspirin a day past i know my period starts and it kind of ward of headaches. then i run the aspirin again when the room starts to spin. about a week up to before i achieve my period, i exercise, you know cardio stuff. and i eat bananas and crackers and i drink sea, not much else but that all helps me. I would consult my doctor on this if I be you. Sounds to me like you're way historic normal PMS symptoms. I'm not sure what it actually is call, but there is something worse than just PMS that in reality many women have, which includes abundantly of the symptoms that you listed above. I recommend talking to your doctor going on for taking birth control to lighten up your periods and cause yourself feel better. If you watch tv, you probably saw the commercials for the birth control Yaz. I would look into that or something similar. But absolutely consult your doctor on this..
The only thing that have ever really worked for me is simply going and lying in bed (that is when i can without have to worry about work, bills, etc.) and taking a breakneck nap. When i wake up, i am completely rejuvinated. If you dont hold time to hop into bed, eat a banana. Bananas have potassium surrounded by them that help mood swings and cramps. If bananas arent your thing, afterwards write. Seriously, writing works. Whenever i feel irritated, i write it out and always quality so much better. Its a great way to vent all of your emotion, without hurting anyone.

Hope this helps..
Wear a heat pad on ur belly and take long HOT baths do some crunches too First, I would discuss to your doctor. Make sure these symptoms aren't a sign of something extremely serious. If your doctor says everything is alright... Here's what I do.

I collect guns, it's a hobby. It's strange but my thing. I give somebody a lift one or more of my guns to a shooting range. (Hubby becomes a babysitter for a couple hours.) There is something that I find comforting surrounded by shooting a gun with all the power and potential trailing it. After a couple of hours I go home and clean the guns. It's a process explicitly calming to me personally. That help the emotional side. Like magic the more physical symptoms appear to be not so bothersome.
A friend of mine who works on cars finds the process of rebuilding a transmission or an engine is her way out. Sometimes she take her race car out to the local see way and takes out her frustrations at 120 MPH. (I don't know the actual MPH, sorry.)
Another friend of mine plays particularly violent video games. Another paints. Another plays music.. You get the opinion.
You should find something that will help you take your mind rotten the emotional/physical side of all of this. This is something that you and only you can integer out. You need something that you enjoy, but uses a large amount of concentration. It will take some time but good luck.
