i have been using a training bra and after i bought a cup bra because my chest was big enought for it. i have be wearing it for a month or so and i have found that i think my chest shrunk because i put my training bra vertebrae on and the were smaller. what do i do? what is happening?

breast sizes fluctuate for various reasons. if you are losing weight it will without question come off that area first. i wouldnt verbs too much. naturally we do move between sizes and it will get more stable as you grow up
