Physical and shots...?

good morning everyone! tomorrow i have to run to the doctor's and get 2 shots and a physical for 6th grade. i hold heard from a few friends that one shot felt similar to nothing and the other one killed. i am really afraid because i hate shots. about the physical...i enjoy never had one before and i am for a moment over weight. i am really nervous to capture that also.

can you tell me a little bit roughly physicals? like what they do and stuff? thanks!

Answers:    The physicals that I have during school were different than the woman's exam. Usually contained by the first one, the nurse will take your stats (blood pressure, weight, do you smoke, are you sexually involved, etc.). Then the doctor comes in after a little bit and does some test, like flexibility. My doctor usually had me get up and down (like when you were a kid), turn my ankles (this is when he found out that I have ankles that are really frail and prone to sprains and breaks), and check my breathing. They also usually ask when your last period be and if you're on any regular meds, so if you don't want to sit there and look like an idiot for a minute while you suppose, you might want to check the dates and names of the meds until that time you leave for the appointment.

Women's exams usually aren't required until you're either sexually busy or around the age of 18-21.

As for the shots, I really hate them too. Some shots are more painful than others because they require man poked in different parts of your body (in the muscle, on the shoulder, in the crossroads between your upper and lower arm), but it helps to think of something else while they're giving you the shot. Or else start conversation about something (anything) while they're giving you the shot in establish to take your mind off of your anxiety..
They'll ask you to put on a hours of darkness gown thing but it is sort of open within the front then you'll lay down on a like a standard doctors table but it has stirrups on either side where on earth you can rest your feet "it really helps" then you'll a short time ago have to relax and i mean really relax while he/she is busy near the exam think of something hundred percent different and it'll all be over surrounded by a flash, they have tongs almost like the ones you use for salad which they place into your vagina and approachable you up a bit so they can see 'but they lube you very well first so it won't hurt' next they might want to take a swab where they'll push an over sized ear bud into the vagina "it can consistency uncomfortable but doesn't last long at adjectives.. then they'll insert a few fingers to feel for any cysts or abnormality, then they'll feel your stomach and your breasts to see if within are any abnormalities.. but the whole article lasts maybe 3min so in recent times think of something nice far far in the spinal column of your mind so you don't tense yourself up and it'll be all over lol don't verbs we all go through the awkwardness of it but it never turns out bad ;-) shots are ok, mostly they dont hurt. most people are more anxious than they are hurt.
physicals are nothing to worry give or take a few, its not like doctors have never see a little baby heavy before. they usualy just determine ur heart rate, potential for physical injury, any disibilities and risk of fatal diseases, like enjoy ur family ever had a heart attack.
No No No the vagina swab is totally stupid they don't do that, they don't touch your breasts they kind you pull down your pants and they hold a look to see if there is an infection or some thing similar to that.Vagina swab bull ****! I hate shots 2 but they don't hurt that bad it will be over severely soon.
