Well, your drink, or whatever you ate wouldn't have anything to do next to what color your discharge or period is.
I don't know what it means if its ginger, but I'm sure its nothing.. Maybe you saw it in odd lighting, or its the color of your underwear or your clothing? I don't know, but it seems odd that it would be red... Are you sure?
Otherwise, I'm not sure.. : / sorry.
Having cramps during your period is normal ... and your blood might be orangish because of the things you are intake and medication you are taking try not to worry so much ! Its normal. the vitamin tea is strong and maybe its a cleanser. Or, better yet, could've help you start your period if you were a lil' tardy!.
it should be normal. sometimes it can be a weird color when it starts after it for a moment late. maybe the meds or the tea is doing that. unless it is sickly, u shouldn't worry. .
uhhhh sorry, no clue, but it shouldnt be that bad (: im sure its lately cuz u started.
It could be nothing at all...and I wouldn't verbs about it too much. It shouldn't have anything to do near what you drink. Sometimes the menstrual blood can have an orange tint.
If subsequent month you see the same thing, I would start to be concerned. It could be an Iron Deficiency Anemia. Having an Iron Deficiency vehicle you don't have enough Iron within your blood to give oxygen to the vital body tissues.
Here are some symptoms of an Iron Deficiency:
* Pale skin color
* Fatigue
* Irritability
* Weakness
* Shortness of breath
* Sore tongue
* Brittle nail
* Unusual food cravings (called pica)
* Decreased appetite (especially in children)
* Headache - frontal
* Blue tinge to sclerae (whites of eyes)
The following foods are relatively high surrounded by iron: red meat, chicken, pork, fortified breakfast cereal, bran, pumpkin seeds, blackstrap molasses, soybean nuts, spinach, red kidney beans, lima beans, prune juice, pretzels, rice, raisins, and prunes.
Very few of these are MY favorite foods, I can envisage at least a few of them are things you like to put away. Eat some steaks, chicken, chili with kidney beans, vegetable soups with lima beans, enjoy some pretzels with dip, eat some cinnamon raisin bread or raisin bran cereal. Pay attention to the panel on the sides of the boxes that offer the nutrition and ingredients. Look for foods high in Iron.
If you are still concerned, please contact your doctor and some simple blood test could confirm if you lack the Iron that your body needs.
Cramps are a part of a set of life for some women. Unfortunately, some of us get them worse than others. Taking midol or Ibuprophen at the first sign of your time can reduce the intensity of your cramps. Exercise, (even walking) can reduce the severity of cramps.
Zinc, calcium, and B vitamins obtain in food and supplements have be found to reduce cramps, bloating and other symptoms.
A warm hip bath filled with aromatherapy or a heat pad on your lower abdomen and backbone is often helpful for relieving menstrual cramping.
Take charge of yourself. Hope the cramps subside soon!
