They do sell extra long pad, if that would make you feel better. They're espeially upright for the night time when you sleep..
Pads wont make direct contact beside that area unless you fold them lengthwise to sort of fit that way. The solitary time you really need to worry nearly this is when you are lying down. The blood has a tendency to drip towards the back and can leak onto the back of your underwear. Use a longer wipe or a thicker one - those will help keep your wad closer to your body. welll sweetheart. you could try the overnight or the extra long pad's if it would make you feel more comfortable. i dont wear pad i never have. i use tampons they just hold better and u consistency like your not wearing anything at all. if you want to discern extra protected wear a tampon and a pad at the same time only to be shure. but wear what ever makes you comfortable..
haha same thing over here! it's mortifying during gym class when you have to wear those short, tight shorts and it feels similar to everyone can see the pad sticking out! but don't worry. bring back some extra long/night time pads . they work better, and aren't as noticeable. don't use tampons unless you're going to the beach/going swimming. they hurt and can incentive damage. I have equal problem, like when I walk it sticks out, and I am hoping it isn't traceable.
Just try to get used to it or buy extra long ones.
