Start marking on your calendar the days when it first starts. Do that for two months and later try to use the average amount of time between when you had it.
I always smudge my calendar the day I start and then count just about twenty five days to see when I will have my next spell. I usually have mine every twenty five days.

Its usually the date you come off closing time you will come on that date so if you finish your period on the 18th of last month you should come on the 18th of this take me? Start marking your calender of when you stop and start, then you could probably find out how copious weeks between your period. Normally though it is 3-4 weeks.
