Nutritionists or those next to Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome

I was diagnosed with PCOS a moment or two over a year ago. I have been trying to save it under check by a healthier diet... but In doing further research, I found various sites about diets for pcos's actually are completely different (for example: one say "no red meat, lots of whole grains" one says "chomp through a lot of red meat, NO CARBS") . Could you please take a look at these two sites and tolerate me know which "diet" to follow?

Also, to those w/ PCOS, did you have trouble getting pregnant?

Answers:    I don't hold a good answer for you...but I highly recommend checking out www.soulcysters.com

and I know you probably don't want to reimburse for it, but the best way to go here might be to return with a referral to a nutritionist who can help you out.
