very well no one can say and exact time.. but i recomend puting on lotion regularly bc some woman/girls are getting stretchmarks near because since they are still growing, the skin stretches. anyways, she should be wearing a bra, at least a training one. because she should start getting used to this. for me, when they began growing, they stayed that road for a year and a half.. but as the years go by, they should be growing more. you may not catch sight of, and neither can she, but they are growing, i suggest for her, since they are growing, if she wears the bra, she must take it stale at night. many dont do this, but it help them :)

She may not fully develop until she's done puberty ( I was 17 in the past mine were done). If she's already started growing them then yes, I would capture her a bra, even if it's a halter training or something, it might make her feel more develop if she's got one on and stop bugging you about it. haha. Yes she should start wearing a bra, i started wearing them at 12 as it help them to grow into a better shape and helps them not to sag when your elder. It takes different amounts of time for breasts to grow rounder just put in the picture your sister to enjoy being a kid and have them flatter!

You should know the answer to that, they usually grow larger after or around puberty, like period time. Depends on when she get her period. Theres no rush, so tell her to chill unless she requests to be a slut stripper. She has 6 years until they are practically fully done. well if it's small you should transmit her no she doesn't need one, but if she wants one provide her a training bra.
and it's going to take a while for them to shape up since she's still in an hasty age.

Why is she getting annoyed? Every infantile lady developes differently and in her own time. She should be chitchat to your mom or another adult female. Tell her to ask if she can shift bra shopping. She's not too young to wear a training bra. Tell her that they will grow in time.
As far as the bra article goes, I say if she doesn't want to wear one, why try. I was a cup D when I was her age I will I was smaller. I've been a D ever since too, but that's not to say-so that hers aren't going to grow. .
They may not grow or be more full, it just depends. There is no set date they will grow or shape. I would say that if they do it will be within her late teens, that is when most people's do. Like 17, 18, 19, even 20. It depends, if your sister is overweight, skinny, average etc etc

i had mine grow in at age 9..it took in the region of a year and a half for mine to start to grow t a rounder shape. a training bra might be an option? I don't construe anybody should be wearing a bra until they actually need one, which would be perchance a B cup. She's got the rest of her life for them to grow (they don't in fact stop you know)..
