The first person is wrong about getting pregnant after an induced length. There are medications out there that can start your cycle and hold it regulated. These are not birth control. You can still get pregnant after you menstrual cycle has be induced because you are still going to ovulate, unless you have issues with that. If you are trying to get hold of pregnant, your OB/GYN did not give you b/c to make it start.
