Motivation to Exercise?
With adjectives these excuses I have (haha), how do I just bring back the motivation to be healthy again?
Help! Any words of advice or encouragement would be appreciated.

If you force yourself to get up somewhat earlier in the morning, your body will adjust to it exceptionally quickly and it'll be easier for you, your body will almost come to "expect" the morning exercise.Bit worried what do you meditate?
Believe it or not exercise after work gives you more perkiness try it. It triggers endorphins causing more energy. It also recirculates the stale blood contained by your body so you get more oxygen. Especially if you sit down a lot at work this will pep you up!Vagina problems - Please give a hand?
okay it depends alot on sress to. going though anaything like that. stick to a comitment. and dont accept any odds of quiting. but above all if you have kids they are insintive satisfactory. i have no doubt that you can.find a workout partner to hold you to it
