Did you like it? What are the pros and cons? I've heard that they give support to with menstrual cramps.. do they? Also, which is better: the Divacup or the mooncup? I can't use the keeper because of my allergy to latex... :(

I started out using instead, but they be disposable - I switched and I have used the Diva cup for a few years now. (similar to the mooncup) I would not use anything else.

Some tips. It can run an adjustment period and can seem a bit messy at first. But on lighter days you can progress all day minus worry. I would suggest using a light pantyliner (always dri-liners) for the occasional muted leak and general freshness.

You might want to cut past its sell-by date the tip of the cup if its too long. It does help to be near a sink so when you remove the cup to forsaken that it can be washed be for reinserting- but in a pinch its ok. Helps to keep hold of flushable wipes handy for general cleanliness. Whether home or on the step.

As for menstrual cramps. Its hard for me to voice. Yes compared to tampons the cramping pain is considerably less. Tampons can be toxic and drying and make happen pain. Since my cramping pain is impressively bad it didn't go away - but I wouldn't step back to using anything else because with this here is much less worry. On most days you can be out adjectives day and not have to verbs.
