Answers: it's prolly just cramps, but if it doesn't go away, self go see a dr.
it could be a uti or bladder infection... either which route they go away easily beside antibiotics.
hope you feel better and hope this helps..
I own the same thing. its your spinal allignment.. i enjoy bad pain within my back on one side at a time and all the road down my leg.. its very painful and unconfortable.. its call sciatica.. you can get acupuncture or go to a chiropractor to assistance you.. the sciatic nerve is the longest nerve surrounded by the body and travels through tiny holes in your vertebra.. when your lower back is inconsistent it kind of cuts off circulation to that guts.. if you cant get acupuncture or chiropractic then you can stretch your leg muscles.. especially the hamstring.. when your more flexible your bones pop back into place much easier.. if not afterwards you should go to a chiropractor to help. I'm not sure why women attain this pain on their period but i own it too. I think the reproductive organs and water retention will put pressure on your pelvis and lower wager on pushing it out of alignment or something.. There are several factors that contribute to back stomach-ache. It could be from the way you hold your purse, to your posture, injury, stepping the wrong way, sleeping the wrong opening etc...the list goes on and on. When I have my children, I had contractions in my subsidise and every month I feel like I am equipped to give birth again (not quite that bad) I suffer from lower backbone pain too and I have problems next to my pelvic bone and tail bone. I see a chiropractor but am thinking about going in a different direction because I don't really quality much better since going. I had a car coincidence when I was nineteen and thought I was okay but immediately that I am 43 I am suffering the repercussions of that accident. I would defiantly run get yourself checked out! Good luck.
if it was a sudden sharp shooting twinge then its possible u pulled a nerve or something
thats what happen to me if i bend in a certain position and try to acquire back up. then i couldnt move contained by either direction.
if its three days after your period it probably have nothing to do with your extent.
usually this sort of pain will go away surrounded by a day or two and your back will be stiff during that time
but for then see a doctor..
Difficult to say...but consider that it may not be related to your time of year this time.
Things to think about?
Is it more to one side?
Is it sharp and after goes away?
You could have ovarian cysts. Why not ring your OB/GYN doctor?
Sometimes PMS is reflected in ways excluding what you would expect. Next time...try a warm bath and lots of river. See if it makes a difference. Often, your body is telling you something...
If the dull pain returns best to call the doctor just contained by case it is more serious than you think..
Don't know what it could be conceivably you strained a muscle. Some times strained muscles in your lower back hurt like mad more than you think. You should take a tylenol and put warmness on it. Also, I would start doing some regular stretching, like Yoga would be perfect to minister to with pains! It doesn't sound similar to it is really related to your period, but try to relax for a bit. Take a bath, etc after start doing regular exercise to help stretching your spinal chord. Good luck! It could be a kidney stone.
