Lack of spirit problem?

I've been losing weight. I'm down from 340+ to 309ish (you can see my video as youtube.com I am webcat93)
ANYHOO

I want to exercise but sometimes I just don't have the gusto, whether I drink coffee or not.

What can we do here? What can we do about this? Because my journey is so far from over.

It's really knotty to say without knowing your entire day- if you approaching me and sitting a chair all day- it's mentally exhausting and I never get the impression like running when I get home. I am find out that putting a treadmill contained by front of the TV gives me both of best worlds- my brain can watch and my body is moving. This give me a little jump start beforehand starting the rest of my night. try taking a B complex.i did for quite a while...it does abet you think more clearly and gives you animation..you may also be iron deficient...i have fibromyalgia.and you be aware of like you can't hardly move alot of the time...i jump as much as i can but it still drags you down.
i had the same problem too. inspite of mortal sedentary, my dietician told me to buy a protein shake. must tell you it made helluva difference. and got me sour my a** to exercise too. which again increases stamina. so I strongly recommend a protein shake. Almonds, blueberries, and hummus are all fantastic (and healthy), energy boosters!
Before you hit the gym any one of these option will have you feeling energized. Also, adjectives out soda helps with drowsiness..
