Kind of embarassing but... aid me girls please.

kind of embarassing to talk in the region of but anyways. i shave down there. its been really itchy and hurting when i touch it. its merely itchy really really far down. do you think i have some sort of infection? or is it purely the hairs growing back? i also own my period so maybe thats irritating it? comfort please! there are no bumps or swelling, rash anything.

Answers:    ~~Sure sounds approaching irritation from shaving and when the hair grows back surrounded by it is miserable. Take vaseline and corn starch and mix together until you have kind of a thicker white attach. Put this on as often as needed. It's so soothing you won't hurt anymore and helps within healing any skin irritation. Store in the fridge, you'll consistency better in no time. Of course if you get any type of discharge (won't know till after your period), after you could have a yeast infection. Feel better soon!~~ .
I can't rule out infection, because you haven't given enough information.

But it could merely be irritation due to the shaving, especially during your period. Are you using pads? These can rub against and irritate the shaven nouns, which would explain the low down itching. Also, during your period, you might sweat a bit more, which can add to the irritation already cause by shaving. The hairs growing back would wreak itching too. It sounds to me to be just a reaction to the shaving. Check out this website for tips on avoiding irritation: http://www.sex-project.com/shaving.shtml
And try to avoid using pad if you're going to shave down there, and follow the 'avoidance' tips in the knit even more carefully whilst on your period.

I hope this help a bit..
You dont have an infection its just that since the skin down within is really sensitive it can become more irritated from shaving, ive expereinced the burning and itching and such when i tried shaving, so the best thing is to let it grow fund use like anti biotic ointments approaching neosporin or a generic kind for moisterization because it can heal any irritaion, consequently after it heals just bring back a wax by a profesional it easier and less painful(at least afterwords) and you dont enjoy to deal wit any irritation Well my answer will be a little awkward. If you hold any sort of strange smelling or textured discharge you could have a vaginal infection. However, if its just really itchy because of the skin, there's no cuts cut-throat burn, or swelling, I would say you're not putting lotion on yourself after you shave. Put on a NON PERFUME (trust me) lotion on yourself. Jergens or something like that that's for skin remedial right after you dry off after a shave. But, while its itchy like this, don't shave it. Put lotion on it in a minute and try to see if it makes you feel a bit better..
It's probably only just irritated. If you have your period and your wearing a wad, thats irritating it more. Just keep the area verbs and you could try dusting it with some baby powder or corn starch for a couple of days. If it doesn't seem to be to get better. See the doc. Also, when you shave make sure that you use lots of shaving cream. That will support as well. You probably shaved where you aren't supposed to shave ... I don't reason it is an infection, but it could be your hair is growing back. Next time form sure you apply shampoo, then wash bad the shampoo and then shave. You may also want to get wax next time . to relieve the itching try to apply a little imprudent cream or calamine lotion..
The hairs growing back are probably getting scratched.
