as expected vacation was a well brought-up time for you, because you didnt have worries, right? well this can explain why you are feleing for a moment depressed now. You go away and forget everything... and when you return you own all of this buit up stress. often times it is worse when we hold something good to compare it to. Maybe you need better study behaviour? or a good method of organization of thoughts can give a hand aton.if you are feeling worthless, like you cant accomplish anything, etc. afterwards talk to your parents. depression isnt always cause by something. there is a type of depression that is cause by chemical imbalencements in your body. this is genetic, so talk to your parents. see if anyone contained by the family has have this type of depression. if so, consult your doctor.
(even simpler, it could be eating habits. the best diet consists of REAL food. im conversation raw veggies, whole grain. natural food. none of that plastic that our bodies arent built to digest, like splenda. tons people think they are doing their body some appropriate, but our bodies arent built to digest PLASTIC. it just gets shoved to the walls and never comes out...also a source of stomach irritation? basically get some vitamin D and C for immunity. THINK GREEN.)
