Is it normal to feel close to you have to pee when you're putting a tampon in? When i push it feel like i haven't peed in 2 days and requirement to bad. Also, people are recounting me to insert the tampon upwards and horizontal? But the instructions say at a 45 degree angle...so how are you supposed to insert it up if it say at a 45 degree angle? Please help :\

Answers:    yes its extremely average to feel like you hold to pee, it happens to me all the time. and don't verbs about the angle; when you think around it too much it wont go in. a short time ago make sure you dont point it straight up, tilt it a little, so its aiming more towards your rear..

and the easiest instrument to learn what angle to put it in is, get the impression with your finger. stick it up there first, consequently youll know what its like in near.
