Is this mundane? HELP PLEASE?
Answers: the recommended hours of sleep are 8-9, i usually get roughly 7 because i am a full time student and always have homework but i carry used to it and i do feel tired alot but i seem to be ok.
alright so you obligation to go to sleep at about 1:30 so that you can stir up at 9 and have 8 hours of sleep =3 and when you wake up surrounded by the morning drink some water so that you are not dehydrated you should enjoy around 8-9- hours sleep...go to bed earlier if you can...adjectives that lack of sleep is building up on you...you can get under the weather easier if ur very tired.
