Ok, this is kind of embarrasing and I hate bringing up the subject again, but I am really concerned because besides anyone really flat, my breasts aren't filled out and have no roundness, instead they're pointy and the nipples never seem to develop much either... I'm 18 but is there any hope of innards out some more? Should I see a doctor? Do I need surgery?
