Is it common to catch VERY electric the week previously your interval?
It's kind of grotesque that it's never happened in my duration, I'm 21, until now. I mean - does it usually ensue that way, out of nowhere? Any other ladies go through one and the same thing? And what are some good ways to promise with it?
I plan on seeing the doctor about it soon - but I distinctly don't want to take any form of anti-depressants.
Any tips ladies? Or what to expect from this doctor visit?
Thanks surrounded by advance :)
Answers: Yes it's normal to catch emotional. You're not talking mundane emotional though. If you would consider it extreme compared to what your PMS used to be like, consequently you probably have PMDD, which is premenstual disphoric disorder. This is a more severe form of PMS. The link below say that it can be treated with hormonal therapy, the simplest anyone birth control pills. You say you don't want to take antidepressants, but they are regularly the most effective treatment. My gyno told me that Paxil CR is prescribed for it. I didn't take Paxil CR for PMDD, but I took it for depression, and I have zero adverse side effects. It worked perfectly, I feel completely normal, not drugged or spaced out. I personally would much fairly take Paxil than any birth control pill, which has much more treacherous possible side effects, which I did experience in the short time I took them. However, if you want to take the pill for birth control anyway, ask the gyno which one would facilitate with PMDD..
It is totally normal. My friend get it and my sister. If you are really worried about it its nice that youre going to see your doctor. WELCOME! to PMS (Pre menstrual syndrome) i am 12 and already have it.....ur commonplace......but u didn't get it until 21??? LUCKY....and i haven't even started yet!
