I am trying to lose 10 lbs in 1 month.. is this possible ?? Ideally I need to lose 30lbs to achieve my safe BMI.
Answers: Safe healthy counterweight lose is no more than 1-2lbs a week after the first week. People often loose more than that in the first week. So yes contained by the first month you could technically safely loose 10lbs. However after the first month you shouldn't be loosing quite that much .
