Is it possible to easily drop off breast size?
I'm not over weight and I don't construe losing anymore weight will help.
Are within any exercises I can do?
I'm always crying because I hate them so much; and don't want surgery because I'm startled of it and the are many bad side effects.
Please please help out me!!
Answers: If you are overweight then working out will help a LITTLE bit. As you are a G cup, losing consignment won't bring them down much.
Sounds like you are a healthy consignment. Your only option is breast cutback surgery covered by insurance.
I had surgery done Feb 2006, 38J to 38C. What are you afraid of with the surgery? I don't regret it one bit and would enjoy it done again if I needed to. What side affects are you reading about?
Check out these two sites, the first one talks around breastfeeding after a reduction and the second is an excellent FAQ site and support board where you can catch factual answers.

I'm sorry to hear you are struggling with your breasts.
Losing mass to change the size of your breasts sometimes works with some race, it just depends on their body and where it loses curvy from.
When i lose weight, my breasts do not change at adjectives in size.
If you are having problems near bad posture and pain, you may be wearing the wrong humane of bra. Try going for a fitting, to make sure you are wearing the right size. Plus the type of bra you are wearing might be wrong. For those with big breasts, its just what the doctor ordered to wear a balconette bra - which has a high support between the cups. Plus look for one next to thick straps, as this will hold your breasts better, without anyone a strain on your back and shoulders.
Have a look on bravissimo, they have get some very pretty bras for those with big breasts. Plus they hold a guide to make sure you are right bra.
If all this fail, go to see your GP as to whether there is something they can do..
There really isn't much you can do to dwindle your breast size. My suggestion is to do chest exercises/ work your pectorals.
To minimize or diminish back pain, gain properly fitted by an expert at a specialty bra store. A well supportive bra can do wonders for large breasted women..
I know exactly how you discern! I'm a size 34DD and I hate them with adjectives of my heart. The only thing to do to shrink back pain and bleak posture is to find bras that really lift and keep it adjectives in the cup. If they are hanging down afterwards it'll cause you problems and just produce you look bad. I've found that a great fitting bra can make them appear and get the impression smaller just by comfort. Sorry this isn't the answer you were looking for but I'm in recent times speaking from experience! I'm sorry hon. But I think the only solution to your problem that does not involve surgery is to produce your "butt" bigger somehow to even out your posture...
Breasts are composed mostly of "fatty tissue", and can be reduced fairly easily through "liposuction" beside very minimal scarring. Talk to your doctor about your option...

You might want to reconsider breast surgery, especially since you are suffering from them. I know it's probably really scary, but it might be for the best. Find a doctor who is reputable, don't budge with just anyone. Talk to your ancestral about it.
Good luck..
wow is this a joke or something?
resourcefully i guess if it's not.. that would have to suck.. and there really isn't anything you can do to diminish your bra size besides losing weight or getting surgery.. you might be able to find a pill to cut back them but i doubt it.

You should do strength training for your your upper and lower back. It will not eliminate the aching, but may alleviate some of it. I read on WomenAnswers.org last week that if you lose overall weight, your size will drop off as well. .
NOOO, 30G (i just researched it :P) IS LIKE THE PERFECT SIZE!! i need...
