I think it is usual for most people. A good impression, I know might sound gross but, and anal douche, basiclly a internal rinse. Be very thrifty, if you do do it, (and if it is done right, it can be VERY pleasurable) make sure that he is clean, if you switch vertebrae and forth, and he is not "clean" you can get infections.
