Bad. It kill all the bacteria--both good and desperate. This leaves you susceptible to infections.Douching is bad in my judgment. Your vagina was made to self clean, plus the odor is most potential from the outer areas.
Use a feminine wash, try to stay away from antibacterial ones that can lead to infections.
Also if you own alot of odor problems you can carry feminine wipes around to use when needed, in recent times use them after you go pee.
Also wear cotton undies that breath so that sweat dosn't build up and start to smell

Eventually, the vagina will smell much worse and have more infections.Your vagina cleans itself, and should particularly have its own smell that is impeccably normal. With good hygiene, you should be OK. Another piece that can help with the organic odors is to shave your pubic hair. Pubic hair holds microbes that helps create the normal vaginal odor.

I have been told masses times by my gyn that douching is not good. It messes up the ph in the vagina which can generate you more prone to infection.
